Description of crisper cover:

It is made of toughened tempered glass and plastic frame. Size also could be made as per your design. The shelf glass for your refrigerator slides over the crisper cover and acts as a sort of lid. It also creates a shelf that you can place food and beverages on.

Features of tempered glass for crisper cover:

Tempered glass is a kind of pre-stressed glass, to improve the strength of the glass, typically using a chemical treatment or physical hardening  treatment method, form a pressure in the glass surface, the glass surface exposed to external stress when the first offset, thereby improving the carrier ability to enhance glass itself wind pressure resistance, cold and heat resistance, impact resistance and so on.

Crisper cover test

1, Cold-hot cycle test: first put the crisper cover in a thermostat at 60-65℃ for 12 hours, then put it in a thermostat at-40-35℃ for 12 hours, with a cycle of 24 hours, so that at least 5-10 temperature cycles are performed, and the shelf and injection molding plastic shall not be cracked or broken.

2. Anti-ultraviolet (UV) test (only applicable to white peripheral plastic): Expose the peripheral plastic to high-intensity UV light (50 watts, 254nm, distance 250 mm), and require the color change to be less than E = 1.2 and b = 0.70.

3. Dirty resistance test: After tomato juice, mustard and milk are in direct contact with the fridge glass shelf plastic profile at 200C for 24 hours, remove the residual reagents on the surface of the tested plastic, rinse the tested plastic in clear water, dry the surface with a soft cloth, and then directly inspect it with the naked eye. There should be no obvious stain.
